Once we’ve completed the Organizational Check-Up, aligned ourselves with the goals of the organization, and gotten our hands on the data that represents the overall health of the organization, then we are in a great position to provide some insight on critical areas of focus going forward. Based on your needs, you may engage with Parlaylee on a consulting project or a retainer/fractional relationship.

Consulting Projects

Once you complete the Organizational Check-Up, you will receive a detailed report with the most critical areas for improvement. Parlaylee can facilitate change and implementation with most of these solutions on a project basis. If you would like to go this route, you will be provided a quote per project based on the complexity of the project and time required for implementation.

Example: The Organizational Check-Up revealed that you need to implement an internal communication process. Parlaylee can research and present options for a solution that works best with your industry, set up the system for your team, and train your team on how to use the new system.

Retainer/Fractional Relationships

If you would like to partner long-term and have access to more frequent communications with our team, we can provide fractional, contract, or retainer services for any of the areas suggested on the strategic growth plan, presented at the end of the Organizational Check-Up. Your team can also utilize our extensive network of resources, training, and coaching to learn and grow on the specific areas suggested on the strategic growth plan.
